Acted, a French humanitarian NGO, worked with the local authorities in Sumy region to implement a targeted cash assistance program.

It was started for individuals who left their homes in the border towns of Sumy region after the voluntary evacuation notice on July 11, 2023, and kept on residing in Sumy region.

272 individuals have already received 6,660 UAH each, totaling 1,811,520 UAH in assistance.
