The event took place in Zaporizhzhia with the backing of USAID’s Office of Transition Initiatives, the Office of the President, the Cabinet of Ministers, and the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration.  

The participants gathered to discuss the state policy of reintegration, and the opportunities for international cooperation to improve efficiency and economic recovery in the de-occupied territories.

Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk spoke at the event.

“We have a plan to de-occupy and reintegrate our territories. We have a plan and individuals with ideas who are prepared to execute it. I am thankful for all those who are participating and aiding us in maintaining the situation.” the official emphasized.
