In 2024, individuals from areas temporarily occupied territories can attend Ukrainian universities through interviews without taking the national multi-subject test. This announcement came from Vice Minister of Education and Science Mykhailo Vynnytskyi at a press conference held at the Ukrainian-Ukrinform Media Center.
Next year, the national multi-subject test and master’s entrance exams will not take place in the temporarily occupied territories and combat zones.
To apply for enrollment in Ukrainian universities, individuals from the currently occupied territories can contact the “Crimea-Ukraine” and “Donbas-Ukraine” educational centers. These centers provide help with the admission process.
