The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees runs the project. We will give winter help to up to 900,000 Ukrainians affected by the war.

 This involves providing money to help IDPs pay for their electricity and rent. Up to 450,000 individuals will receive financial assistance.

The plan is to give out heaters, warm clothing, mattresses, and insulation materials. The aid package also provides shelter or support in securing short-term housing.
