This is a single payment of 5,000 UAH from the state to people who suffered flooding as a result of the enemy’s explosion of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station.

As of 5th October, residents impacted by the events in Kherson and Mykolaiv regions were given financial aid of more than 97.5 million UAH. State aid has already been paid to 18,482 Kherson and 1,035 Mykolaiv residents.

We remind you that this state aid application is accepted until 31 October 2023. It is available to people who were living (registered/declared) in the flooded settlements of the Mykolaiv and Kherson regions at the time of the explosion of the hydroelectric power plant.

This includes those who left the flooded areas of the temporarily occupied bank after 6 June this year for Ukrainian-controlled territory.

If you have any questions about these payments, contact the Ministry of Reintegration’s hotline at 15-48 or the IDP Commissioner’s line at (066) 813-62-39.
