Ukrainians impacted by the conflict can get compensation of 3,600 UAH per person. They will receive a transfer to their bank account within 3 months. The Estonian Refugee Council manages the financial aid program. 

You can apply six months after receiving the previous payment. 

Financial aid is given first to those in the population who are most vulnerable. 

The financial help plan is made to aid people living in the following areas: 

• Zaporizhzhia, 
• Donetsk,
• Luhansk,
• Kharkiv, 
• Kherson, 
• Mykolaiv.

2. Fill out the online form.
