This is a monthly government payment for basic living needs. People with disabilities and children receive 3,000 UAH, and displaced persons receive 2,000 UAH.

In the first part of October, over 5.64 billion UAH went towards payments for IDPs. Thus, the state provided financial assistance to nearly 2.5 million IDPs.

Since the start of the year, payments for IDPs have already received funding for 61.3 billion UAH.
