On October 27, the Cabinet approved the distribution of additional subsidies for the third quarter of 2023, the Government Portal reported. 

The funds will be used for these requirements:

– Budget for Luhansk region and 13 communities in active conflict – 175.4 million UAH;

– 12 budgets of local communities that experienced fighting or had their territories regained – 167.5 million UAH;

– 94 budgets of local governments in areas without hostilities – 810.7 million UAH.

According to this decree, local governments in the de-occupied, temporarily occupied, and other areas will receive additional resources to effectively exercise their powers and address priority needs at the local level.
