Almost a year ago, the Ukrainian army liberated the last of 150 settlements in Mykolaiv region from the occupiers.
The main task after the liberation is to ensure a normal life for the population. Thus, we are working on rebuilding essential and social infrastructure.
Humanitarian aid
More than 6,000 tons of aid were given to the local population.
Gas supply
Gas supply was restored to 92 settlements.
Electricity and water supply
All villages and settlements that were de-occupied have had their communications restored.
Healthcare
So far, 30 medical centers have been restored in the de-occupied territory of Mykolaiv region.
Mobile communications and the Internet
Network and communication access has been fully restored in 90% of settlements and partially restored in 10%.
Financial institutions
Two bank branches have reopened.
Postal services
The postal service mostly operates through mobile stations with their separate schedules.
The Coordination Headquarters for the De-occupied Territories, chaired by Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk, is in charge of the processes related to the DOT.
