This year, Ukraine went up in the World Charity Ranking. It came in second on the list, as reported by the British organization CAF.
According to the CAF, Ukraine improved by 13 points from last year. In the previous rating, our country was ranked 10th.
It is noted that among adult Ukrainians, 78% help strangers, 70% donate, and 37% volunteer.
The scores are based on the average of each country’s responses. The top score is 100. This suggests that most people take part in charitable activities.
The research also indicated an encouraging growth in worldwide contributions. Overall, approximately 4.2 billion people, which is 72% of the world’s population, support others.
