The All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program “How are you?” initiated by Olena Zelenska tells how to prevent this phenomenon in yourself and your child:
– break down daily tasks into stages with breaks for rest;
– take more frequent breaks, go for short walks, breathe the air, and get away from chats and news;
– after a sleepless night, try to find 10-20 minutes during the day to sit with closed eyes;
– remember to eat and drink water regularly.
Engaging in physical activity, meditation, creative expression, or counseling with a psychologist can also be helpful.
Also, find an activity that brings happiness to you and your child. Keep in mind that joy generates energy.
