Since the start of 2023, global aid groups have helped 948,620 people in the Kharkiv area. The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA Ukraine) disclosed this information.
In particular, residents of Kharkiv region received such humanitarian aid:
– 780 thousand people – food products;
– 780 thousand people – medical services and medicine;
– 300,000 individuals – clean water, sanitation, and hygiene services.
The UN and donors brought 21 aid convoys for over 140,000 people in the area’s frontline communities. The region has limited access to necessary goods and services.
