In May 2013, the Mykolaiv region became the first in Ukraine to establish a Coordination Center for Civil Support.

Its support covers:

– 149 thousand IDPs, including 38.5 thousand children

– 30 thousand people with disabilities;

– 2.5 thousand orphans and children deprived of parental care;

– 72 thousand elderly people.

International groups are aiding the region’s efforts to recover and progress. Some of these organizations include UNHCR, IOM, UNICEF, World Food Program, UNDP Ukraine, OCHA, NGO “World Central Kitchen,” Ukrainian Red Cross Society, USAID, and more.

Where can IDPs and other victims of the armed aggression of the russian federation turn to?

  1. Hotline of the Department of Social Protection of the Population of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration: (098) 031-31-41.
  2. E-mail: [email protected].
  3. Hotlines of the Mykolaiv RMA:

– (068) 015-48-12,

– (066) 336-40-32,

– (095) 657-12-76,

– (093) 536-45-83.

It is important to note that the Ministry of Reintegration has established Coordination Centers at each RMA. These centers provide support and assistance to those affected by the conflict, such as IDPs, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and family members of fallen defenders.
