To enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the provision of professional assistance to IDPs, contact working groups have been established, and their membership is constantly being expanded and updated. Among them are eight representatives from partnering non-governmental organizations.

“In total, there are 36 humanitarian hubs across 20 regions throughout the country that offer charitable, administrative, social, and medical aid to IDPs from Luhansk region,” stated the head of the RMA.
