It has exercises for different age groups. Thus, it can be helpful for adults too.
The simulator was made through cooperation between the Juvenile Prevention Department of the National Police and the charitable organization “HappyMind.Help”.
The suggested age for teens to use the internet simulator autonomously is between 13 and 14.
For children aged 7-12, it’s best to use the simulator with parents or mental health professionals.
The proposed training exercises have a preventive effect on improving psychological health on their own. At the same time, the developers emphasize that if you have signs of mental illness, you should consult a qualified specialist.
The tasks developed for adolescents help to improve their psychological state, in particular in the following cases:
– initial depression (fatigue, poor health, anger and irritability, etc.)
– stress, depression;
– anxiety (emotional distress);
– apathy (lack of feelings);
– sadness (sad, heavy mood);
– sleep disturbances.
