Ukrainians who have left the areas of active hostilities for the Chernivtsi region in November may receive financial assistance.

The non-governmental humanitarian organization Action Against Hunger will provide it.

To request assistance, complete the online form here.

You must also provide the original versions of these documents:

– passport

– individual tax number;

– birth certificate of the child(ren);

– IDP certificate.

Please note that filling out the online form does not complete the registration process for the program. Program specialists will contact candidates to provide further instructions.
