You can register for videoconferencing identification through the web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU).
To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to the PFU e-services web portal at the link. At the top of the screen, select and click the Identification in Video Conferencing tab.
- Complete all fields marked with an asterisk in the form that appears on the screen. If necessary, indicate the type of service to be provided during the video identification (sign language interpreter, physical assistance of a personal assistant or assistant, etc.).
You can attach scanned copies of the following documents to the application: passport, pension certificate, identity card, birth certificate, employment certificate, etc. Then click “Submit Application”.
Please note that an application on behalf of an incapacitated person or a person with limited legal capacity must be submitted by a guardian or a trustee.
After submitting a video identification request, you will be contacted by an authorized employee of the Pension Fund to arrange the time and method of the video identification.
Please note that you can conduct video conferences using any software platform of your choice, such as Google Meet, Signal, Skype, Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, or Zoom. The video identification process must be completed within 30 calendar days, but not earlier than 10 working days from the date of submitting your application.
The Procedure was approved by the Pension Fund Board Resolution No. 49-2 on November 20, 2023. It came into effect on December 8 of the same year.
