To combat stress and prevent professional burnout, the First Lady launched the Productivity Improvement Program as a component of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program ‘How Are You?’
The provided resource comprises two parts:
– A collection of quick workouts for the workplace
Including yoga stretches, light leg warm-ups, body workouts, and more, each exercise lasting 5-10 minutes. These exercises can be performed either in the office or at home.
– This program aims to prevent burnout.
It consists of short blocks of information presented in the form of stories. Each task takes no more than 10 minutes to complete. Psychologists from Ukraine and the United States developed the course.
– Audio course on restoring productivity
This 28-day course includes practical tips, psychological practices, exercises, and meditations to prevent burnout, and more.
