The Procedures governing the provision of financial state support to business entities have been amended by a resolution adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers. The Government portal reported this.

The Cabinet of Ministers has improved the procedures for implementing the programs ‘Affordable Loans 5-7-9%’, ‘Affordable Financial Leasing 5-7-9%’, and ‘Affordable Factoring’. As a result, restrictions on obtaining state support for entrepreneurs have been lifted.

For those who have re-registered to the government-controlled territory but are unable to relocate their business, it is important to note that timely fulfillment of loan agreements and payment of taxes, duties, and mandatory payments to the state budget is still required.

Additionally, the 5-7-9% Program will exclusively target micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises.
