The regional organization of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine supported this, as stated on the Zakarpattia RMA Facebook page.  

These apartments are designed for families with children, elderly individuals, and people with disabilities who have relocated from hazardous areas. In total, over fifty individuals will be able to reside in them.

After the renovation, the premises were equipped with household appliances and furniture. Fire safety equipment was also installed, as well as spaces for sports and psychosocial support.

The ShelterPlus project implemented all activities with the support of the Austrian Red Cross and its partners, Neighbor in Need and Austrian Development Cooperation.
