Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk stated this in her final interview on the Inter TV channel. 

On the Ministry of Social Policy’s initiative, the Cabinet of Ministers passed Resolution No. 709. The official stated that if this resolution remains unchanged, payments will cease for many IDPs starting February 1, 2024.

The Vice Prime Minister stated that the President and Prime Minister also support making changes. This is because over 2 million people may lose their payments.

Iryna Vereshchuk added that they are currently working on amendments to the resolution to preserve payments for vulnerable categories of IDPs. The Ministry of Social Policy is expected to submit it to the Government.
