The Cabinet of Ministers has allocated over 48.1 million UAH from the state budget reserve fund to provide mobile communications, television, and radio broadcasting in the frontline regions. The Government portal reported.

Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, and Chernihiv regions are included in this list.

The government will allocate over 24.5 million UAH to sustain digital television networks in the regions, and 23.6 million UAH for backup power supply of digital broadcasting facilities.

This decision will strengthen the networks’ resilience and sustainability.
