The program aims to support artists, including those with disabilities and veterans. According to the website of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation (UCF), it provides individuals with opportunities for cultural and artistic activities.

People who are 18 years old and conduct activities in Ukraine (excluding temporarily occupied territories) are welcome to participate.

The initiative will offer grants ranging from 50 to 200 thousand hryvnias for cultural and artistic projects, such as exhibitions, videos, murals, virtual museums, and more.  See the full list of eligible projects here.

To participate, register on the UCF website. Then select the program ‘Scholarship for the Restoration of Cultural and Artistic Activities’, complete the application form, and sign it with an electronic digital signature.
