One of the changes concerns veterans, people disabled as a result of war, their families, and the families of the deceased. The Government portal reported this.

Under this program, it was possible to purchase apartments in a building not older than 3 years. Now these categories of borrowers can purchase apartments in a building not older than 10 years, provided that the property is located in Kyiv or a regional center. There are no restrictions on the date of operation in other settlements.

The second change is that borrowers can now purchase not only apartments but also private houses or townhouses after they are put into service, provided they are at most three years old.

The eOselya program launched in October 2022. Over 6,000 Ukrainian families have received housing loans totaling more than 9 billion UAH.
