Ukrainians living abroad can register online for DNA testing to locate missing family members

Ukrainians forced to stay abroad due to russian aggression can now submit DNA samples to search for missing relatives. Online registration for this procedure has now been launched. The Ministry of Internal Affairs reports. 

Please submit your application via email to [email protected] by January 15, 2024.

Include your name, phone number, the department’s address, and the date in your message.

The State Migration Service will operate collection points at the following addresses:

– Warsaw: 179 Jerusalemskie Alleys, Blue City (2nd floor).

– Krakow: Pavia 5, Galeria Krakowska.

– Gdansk: 415 Grunwaldska Alley.

– Wroclaw: 7 Paprotna Street, Wroclaw.

– Madrid: Peru Street, 6, Twin Golf A, first floor, office 1-2.

– Valencia: Carrer d;Alacant, 25.

– Milan: Via E. Curiel, 25 (Centro Commerciale Fiordaliso).

– Prague: 46 Klimentská Street, Náměstí Republiky 656/8, OC Kotva shopping center.

– Bratislava: Ružinov district, Prievozska 4 D, Mlynske nivy 5A.

– Berlin: Am Treprower Park Center, 14.

– Cologne: Breslauer Platz, Köln.

– Istanbul: May 19, Mah. Halaskargazi Cad. No. 226/24, Sisli/Istanbul Headquarters, London Highway E-5, Karayolu, parking lot behind the Airport shopping center.

The National Police investigators will receive the biological materials. The International Commission on Missing Persons is working with MIA to implement the project.
