City-dwelling pensioners can receive up to five new LED lamps at their nearest Ukrposhta office, according to the Government Portal.

The exchange process is still free of charge, and the rules remain the same.

Please have with you:

– passport;

– identification code;

– pension certificate;

– active phone number.

Educational and healthcare institutions can obtain new LED lamps by completing an application in the Diia app.

To receive new LED lamps, you no longer need to provide used incandescent lamps immediately. Instead, you can bring them to a Ukrposhta branch within a month from the date of receiving the new LED lamps.
