The survey analyzes participants’ current needs and vision for career and professional growth.

For this analysis, it is crucial to have answers to the following questions:

• What professional development options would you like to choose in civilian life;
• Identify potential challenges and obstacles that may arise during the process;
• How effective are the state institutions that are supposed to promote the professional and career development of veterans in civilian life, and what needs to be improved in the work of such institutions?
