Families who moved to the Kivertsi community in Volyn as a result of the war have been given keys to temporary housing. The Volyn Regional Military Administration has reported.
The EU Support for the Immediate Needs of Internally Displaced Persons in Ukraine program, funded by the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO), reconstructed the boarding school building.
The building now has 21 modernized and fully equipped apartments, two of which are designed for people with disabilities.
There are similar temporary shelters in Kovel and Lutsk.
