The study titled ‘Employment of Veterans: Current Requests and Challenges’ provides evidence of this.

That was discussed at a meeting on veterans’ policy chaired by Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk.

The study revealed that veterans possess significant entrepreneurial and managerial potential upon discharge, which they are eager to apply in civilian life. They simply require assistance in doing so.

Successful integration into the labor market requires the following:

– proper communication

– de-bureaucratization and digitalization;

– training and retraining.

The Vice Prime Minister emphasized, “Veterans must look to the future, including their retraining and employment, as a prerequisite for successful reintegration into civilian life.”
