The Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas has opened a social dormitory for people affected by the war, according to the university’s website.
The renovated premises offer over 30 comfortable rooms, each equipped with smart kitchens, modern furniture, appliances, and bathrooms. These rooms will accommodate 150 IDPs.
The project ‘EU Support to the Immediate Needs of Internally Displaced Persons in Ukraine’ funded by the European Union and implemented under the management of the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO) included the reconstruction of housing.
