The hotline was created to provide information on accommodation in temporary accommodation facilities (TAFs) in the region. The Dnipropetrovs’k Regional Military Administration reports.

IDPs can obtain current information on the ICC location, accommodation conditions, and the number of available beds by calling the line.

The hotline operators have contacts for organizations responsible for IDP support in specific areas. Therefore, IDPs planning to come to Dnepropetrovsk oblast can call the line for advice.

The hotline is available Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00 at (066) 748-69-81.
