The grant competition is part of the ‘Building a Resilient Public Health System’ project, which is funded by USAID and implemented by the international organization Pact.

This initiative aims to enhance the accessibility and sustainability of evidence-based mental health and psychosocial support services.

The proposed measures should aim to assist the population affected by the war, including vulnerable individuals such as IDPs, veterans and their families, and survivors of the occupation.

Officially registered non-governmental organizations from any region of Ukraine can apply.

The grants will last for a maximum of 18 months.

The project’s expected start date: to begin on May 1, 2024.

The maximum expected amount for each project is $100,000 for the entire period. Pact may be considered larger if it is justified and convincingly proven.
