The Lithuanian Ministry of Agriculture has launched an investigation into the origin of imported grain. The information was posted on the ministry’s website.

The Minister of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine provided information that russia was profiting from grain export from Ukraine’s TOT to third countries. This was followed by the aforementioned action.

From now on, we will inspect grain for livestock feed and feed products from high-risk areas.

Samples will be taken from each wagon or vehicle that imports grain from these territories.

The Lithuanian Minister of Agriculture stated that russia should not be allowed to use Lithuania’s infrastructure or benefit from the sale of Ukrainian grain.
