Chatbot “Veteran of Khmelnytsky” on Telegram was created to allow veterans and their families to receive necessary information conveniently. Serhiy Tyurin, the first deputy head of the Khmelnytsky Regional Military Administration, reported this on Facebook.

The main menu of the chatbot has five sections:

– “For wounded soldiers”.

– Veterans.

– Families of military and veterans.

– Psychological support.

– Legal assistance.

The user can find detailed information on benefits, payments, and subsidies; treatment, prosthetics, psychological assistance; and employment in each section’s additional menu.
