Beware of fraudulent people!

Опубліковано 1 April 2024 року, о 17:30

These attempts are disguised as financial assistance from international donors and have become more frequent recently. Fraudsters have been spreading fake links to register for financial assistance from the UN International Organization for Migration.

IOM emphasizes that it never uses Google Forms to collect personal data for multi-purpose financial assistance. This statement is available on the organization’s Facebook page.

Do not enter payment card details on unfamiliar or suspicious websites, and do not follow links from unreliable sources.

Never provide such information:

– three-digit number on the back of the card (CVV/CVC code);

– card pin code;

– login and password for Internet banking;

– codes (one-time passwords) from the bank and mobile operators.

If you have any questions or suggestions about IOM’s work, call the hotline at the following numbers during business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

– 0 800 215 510 (free of charge for all operators);

– (095) 106-55-55 (free for Vodafone);

– (096) 106-55-55 (free of charge for Kyivstar).
