Contacts for psychological support for veterans

The All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program website initiated by First Lady Olena Zelenska publishes contacts of verified providers who can help veterans and their families with mental health issues. 

The government hotline number is 1545. For questions from war veterans and their families, call 9 on the IVR (interactive voice response).

For crisis assistance and support from the Ukrainian Veterans Fund, call the hotline at 0 800 332 029.

The NGO Vilnyi Vybir offers evidence-based psychotherapy to veterans, military personnel, and their families, providing psychological support. For hotline assistance, call (063) 646-49-91.

Lisova Poliana” is the Center for Mental Health and Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. They provide psychological assistance to veterans and individuals who have survived captivity. To schedule an appointment, please call (073) 450-60-00.

Veteran Hub provides free psychological and legal counseling. Lawyers are available to explain statuses, benefits, and the process of undergoing a medical examination and commission.

The Mental Help Online platform offers free professional psychological assistance and support to Ukrainians.

Ucare can assist you in finding a skilled psychologist.

MARTA is a mental health project for veterans, their families, and friends. It enables anonymous testing, helps you understand your psychological state, and connects you with a specialist if needed.

The Baza mobile application contains materials on mental health and self-help exercises. Additionally, it provides an opportunity to write to a specialist and receive a response. You can download it from the App Store or Google Play.
