The Ministry of Reintegration’s Order of April 26, 2024, No. 126 approved the Ministry’s Strategy for the Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine for the 2024-2026 period.

The Strategy defines the Ministry’s goal (mission), strategic objectives, and action plan.

In the medium term, the Ministry of Reintegration will prioritize the implementation of the following strategic objectives:

– Formulation and implementation of the state policy to support internally displaced persons affected by the armed aggression of the russian federation;

– Support for the restoration and development of human capital, ensuring social protection of persons affected by the armed aggression of the russian federation;

– Coordination of humanitarian response to the challenges related to the military aggression of the russian federation;

– The implementation of the state policy on restoration of state power and reintegration of the population of the de-occupied territories of Ukraine;

– Monitoring the state of compliance with international humanitarian law in connection with the armed aggression against Ukraine.

 

The implementation of the Strategy will facilitate the creation of tools to restore state power and reintegrate the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Furthermore, it will guarantee housing rights, social and humanitarian support for internally displaced persons.
