A space for psychosocial support has been opened in the Zhytomyr region

The Zhytomyr Regional State Administration has opened a psychosocial support space called ‘I Care About Myself’ in Ovruch. The organization will offer free counseling services to both adults and children. Zhytomyr Regional State Administration reports

The center’s specialists will provide services to residents and IDPs. Additionally, a group has been established in Ovruch to counsel military family members.

The Zhytomyr region now has a new space for psychosocial support. This addition is part of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program ‘How are you?’ initiated by First Lady Olena Zelenska.

The USAID Ukraine project ‘Building a Resilient Public Health System’ supported the arrangement of the space at the municipal non-profit enterprise ‘Ovruch Primary Health Care Center’.

The institution is located at 41B Taras Shevchenko St. It is open Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. For more information, please call (066) 612-98-63.
