The tips were part of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program “How are you?” started by Olena Zelenska. Some of them are:

– Don’t overload your brain in the morning.

– Limit your phone use.

– If you need social media for work, install an extension like News Feed Eradicator.

– Set limits on news sites and social networks, and turn off notifications. Every time you refresh a social media page, ask yourself if you should be doing that.

– Don’t read comments. They can affect your mental well-being.

– Focus on the positive news. Social media algorithms will show you more and more of it.
