Those who receive a pension from Oschadbank can be identified through a video call with the bank’s contact center

As of April 30, internally displaced persons who are Oschadbank customers will be able to identify their account holders via a video call to the bank’s contact center. This applies to individuals whose accounts are subject to restrictions and who are unable to visit a bank branch due to objective reasons. Oschadbank’s website reports.

There is no need to enter personal data or payment card details to make a video call.
