The Ministry of Reintegration’s strategy is implemented through close coordination with other authorities, the public sector, and international partners. The Ministry of Reintegration’s key instrument is the coordination headquarters, chaired by Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk.

The following coordination centers have been established:

1. Coordination Center for ensuring the realization of the rights and freedoms of IDPs.
2. Coordination Center for ensuring the departure of Ukrainian citizens from the TOT.
3. Coordination center for the protection of children’s rights under martial law.
4. Coordination Center for the mandatory evacuation of the population under martial law.
5. Coordination Center for the de-occupied territories.
6. Interagency Commission on the Application and Implementation of International Humanitarian Law in Ukraine
7. Meeting on Housing for IDPs
8. Meeting on Employment of IDPs
9. Meeting on the Implementation of Veteran Policy
