Russia attacked a civilian facility in Kharkiv. The Epicentr construction hypermarket was hit, with about 200 people at the time.

Many people were injured and killed in the incident.

The enemy shelled the city center, wounding more than 10 people.

On 23 May, russians shot at the Factor Printing House, killing 7 people and injuring more than 20.
