The list of territories in which hostilities are ( were) carried out or temporarily occupied by the russian federation was approved by the Ministry of Reintegration on 22 December 2022, No. 309, and is periodically updated.

Due to the intensification of the situation on the ground, there has been a notable increase in requests to the Ministry of Reintegration to reclassify certain settlements from the category of areas of possible hostilities. This includes the category of active hostilities.

The Ministry of Reintegration only makes changes to the List upon proposals from the relevant RMA and with the approval of the Ministry of Defence. Therefore, interested parties are advised to contact the relevant RMA.
