People with disabilities, the elderly, and people with limited mobility will be able to use the “Dostupno!” chatbot to identify the nearest barrier-free location. The Ministry of Digital Transformation reports.

The chatbot is on Viber and Telegram. It collected data on 5,000+ objects.

Users can check a location’s availability and leave a comment. The chatbot will display the results.
