Today, the government announced the decision to extend the pilot project that allows SE “Document” to accept applications for processing documents abroad.

The State Migration Service implemented this project to provide passport issuance services to Ukrainians abroad. The project commenced in 2022 and was scheduled to conclude at the end of June this year.

The government has extended the work of the State Enterprise “Document” for another six months because the project helps our citizens abroad.

The initiative was discussed at meetings of the relevant Coordination Headquarters, chaired by Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk.

The government’s decision on the SE “Document” is the result of a joint initiative by the Ministries of Reintegration and Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

The Ministry of Reintegration thanks the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Minister Ihor Klymenko for quickly creating the draft act.
