On June 6, the State Fund for Youth Housing Construction selected another 600 families to receive a loan under the Ukrainian-German program “Housing for Internally Displaced Persons.”
The Ministry of Reintegration and the State Agency for Youth and Sports are implementing the project with German government support.
The chosen candidates were given the chance to buy a house on credit at the lowest interest rate in Ukraine, which is 3% per year. Loans are available for up to 30 years with a 6% down payment on the cost of the house.
The selection process was broadcast in real-time on the Foundation’s YouTube channel. Representatives of the Ministry of Reintegration, the State Youth Housing Agency, and the Implementation Consultant monitored the process.
Winners were chosen at random using the software. See the list here.
The program terms, application instructions, and other documents are available here.
