Tax invoices in frontline areas are resolved

Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk chaired a regular meeting of the Coordination Headquarters for the De-occupied Territories to discuss the topic.

The issue was that regional divisions of the State Tax Service were preventing tax invoices from business entities in frontline areas from being processed due to a lack of de-mining certificates.

The State Tax Service has recommended that its units take into account certificates from local administrations on the use and cultivation of land in the absence of demining acts when processing tax invoices, based on the results of the work of the Coordination Headquarters.

This will let us avoid blocking tax invoices in the future and also unblock any that have already been blocked.

One of the Ministry of Reintegration’s main goals is to help the regions that are most in need. So, I’d like to thank the State Tax Service for all their help in this area,” the Vice Prime Minister said.
