Ukrainian citizens wishing to evacuate from temporarily occupied territories or russia are advised to use the Kolotylivka (russia) – Pokrovka (Ukraine) checkpoint. Upon arrival at the checkpoint, volunteers will be available to assist with transportation to the city of Sumy, at no additional charge.

Evacuation is free and social guarantees are provided for evacuees. These include free housing, and financial, psychological, and medical assistance.
