Since the start of 2024, 11,944 loans worth UAH 45.4 billion have been given out under the state program “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%”. The Government portal reports.
A total of 56,086 loans, amounting to UAH 222.7 billion, were issued during martial law in Ukraine. These include:
– UAH 20.33 billion for investment purposes.
– UAH 62.03 billion – for working capital financing.
– UAH 38.86 billion – loans for farmers.
– UAH 16.58 billion – for processing agricultural products.
– UAH 57.35 billion – for anti-war purposes.
– UAH 14.28 billion – lending in high-risk military areas.
The Affordable Loans 5-7-9% program is being rolled out with the help of 45 banks. The government is still paying compensation to businesses that have signed loan agreements under the program.
Since the program launched in February 2020, we’ve signed 90,908 loan agreements worth UAH 312.3 billion.
In 2023, the Ministry of Reintegration got the ball rolling on a new state program called “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%”. It’s aimed at entrepreneurs from the territories of possible hostilities and de-occupied territories.
