Self-help techniques include a set of special tips and exercises to help you stay calm during air rage or other stressful situations.

The link to advice is in the “How are you?” message. Click it to go to the Psychological Self-Help Kit with advice for adults, children, and veterans.

It helps you and your children, has games and exercises to help you feel better, and has contacts for specialists.

In addition, there is a manual with tips on how to support people with war experience.

The app was developed with the help of the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers’ Mental Health Coordination Center.
